Looks like Lita is done for the year. Gonna keep her calm for a few weeks & see what's next. Man this sucks!

That does suck MB....my black bitch blew hers out at 2.5yrs old...we did the titanium fix and she was good to go after 12-16weeks recovery....she is almost nine now. Good luck sir.
What are your options to repair? Can she walk/run/retrieve with the injury?
Been there and done that x 2. If you don't get it fixed she will have crippling arthritis as she ages.
Just inject some stem cells and a steroid, it’ll heal stronger than it was before.

Yep, TPLO. There's a 50/50 chance she'll tear the other one, too. Sorry for all of the good news but it is what it is. Our surgeon said jumping up into the back of a truck can play a role. So, if you ever see a middle aged guy lifting a very healthy chessie on to a truck bed, that's me.
She looks young. Our ECS tore his back in June. He is 9. At first we seriously considered surgery, but his age definitely came into play. With joint supplements and disciplined rest, he has progressed very well. I am sure he will have arthritis as he gets older. If he were younger than 7, I definitely would have gotten the surgery. At 9 and the high probability of him tearing the other, it did not make sense to us.
+1 on glynn, abarill, and gregory. Highly unlikely to heal on its own if it is truly torn, and may as well save up to do the other side later. It is even more unlikely that it will heal without surgery to a point that you are happy with working wise. One thing if the dog was old and just going to loaf around, way different if you are hoping to continue to work the dog. When moving forward and/or working through recovery the BEST thing you can do is follow docs advice to a T. Sometimes people want to act like making their dog rest for 4-6 weeks is the end of the world.
CCL tear, not ACL.
