    Bama

    Everybody else playing for 2nd.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

You think those are the 4 best teams?
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

I haven't seen TCU or Wis play. Guess I need to pay more attention.

I don't watch anyone if they're not in the SE. I heard there was an undefeated PAC 10 team?

    Bama
    UGA
    Somebody I've never seen
    Somebody else

Fwiw, teams 2-4 would get steam rolled by Bama.

My how the times have changed. 2 weeks ago Catdaddy was crazy for saying Bama would beat Clem by 20 or so and everyone else was playin for 3rd.

I picked up on that too. Last week it was Bama and Clemson and everyone else. Now it's just Bama and everyone else.

If I said that, I stand corrected. I don't believe I did though. I said before the season started I thought Clemson was a 10-2 team. With the kicking situation, they'll be lucky to get to 10-2. QB can be fixed, the kicker they have sucks. They over-achieved in the first six games. They played the worst football game Tigers fans have seen since the WVU debacle in the Orange Bowl Friday night.

We'll see. However, right now it's Bama and the rest playing for 2nd.

Salty, I'm still a firm believer that Clemson plays to the level of their competition. Combine that with a Friday game in the glorious college football town of Syracuse, it bit them in the ass.

Washington is ranked at 5. They are currently down 13-0 to Arizona state

Probably some truth in that. However, the decision to play Bryant hurt was stupid as hell. Syracuse knew he wasn't mobile and couldn't roll out where he is most effective. They stacked the box, blitzed him and stuffed the run. Adjustments weren't made early enough. The motion and shifts caused the defense fits as well. And let's face it, the Syracuse QB and that WR Ismail played with their hair on fire.

Clemson, uncharacteristically of late got their asses whipped. We'll see how they respond in two weeks against GT. One loss could turn into two or they'll stomp GT. If it comes down to a FG 1yd beyond a PAT, they're screwed.

Either way, I'll be in a deer stand with my boys.

The Carrier Dome is a tough place to play. Everyone knows that.

I was thinking the same 2 weeks ago. I was thinking Dabo was building the new Bama but that loss was telling IMo. Saban doesn’t have a single loss on his resume to a team like Syracuse and especially just a physical ass stomping like CU got.

CU has better talent than everyone on their schedule but they must lack some leadership.

I heard there may be a coach available soon that could give Clemson some leadership reps. I bet he could prevent losses to inferior teams.
