The confusion is all in the title of the thread. If a person doesn't write anything in the title that helps define the content of the thread in any way no one knows what's in it. That is of course, unless a person reads every thread on the forum, which I doubt most of us do. I know I don't, I don't have time to read them all. Although I do read all of the Mods and Admins threads so in this case I simply missed it and would have posted this anyway. But in most cases what I wrote above applies.
Therefore, I say we need a Rule, I'll write the Bill and see if I can't round up some sponsors and co-sponsors. Then if we can garner enough votes to get it through the SCDucks House and Senate I feel confident JABIII will sign it into Law/Rule.
