    Default Prop Selection

    I have a War Eagle 1542 with a Yamaha 25hp 4 Stroke. It has a 9.9x10 prop on it. Has anyone found any other prop that maximizes performance with this outfit. My typical load would be 2 persons. Thanks.

    That motor is a slug, no way around it. To properly prop any boat you have to know how many RPM's you're turning. BUT....if I had to make a guess, i'd say stick with a 10 pitch. Stiletto makes a 10 1/8 x 10 that'll probably run well on that rig. but like i said, you cant get dead on without max RPM's and max MPH.
