If I was doing it again (I have a small ATV), I hate to say it, but mine would be a souped up golf cart.

I'll sacrifice some off-road capability and speed for STEALTH.

You and me both. My friend has an electric one that will pick the front tires up when you "mat" it. Also, they're 1/3 the price of the ranger's/mules/etc. If it won't get where you need to go, get the four wheeler out.

I have a Kubota RTV and it is a work horse. You don't ever have to worry about it overheating while using it for towing or food plot work but it is a little simpler to get stuck than some other UTV's. It's pretty much a tractor with a UTV body.
I replaced my 4-wheeler with a Polaris RZR. The footprint isn't much bigger than my 4-wheeler was and its got a lot more comfort. I shopped around and found racks for the top and back and I've even found one for the front since the picture in this link was taken. http://www.elliottlabradors.com/photos.cfm
This allows me to carry me, a buddy, one of my dogs, and a pile of gear to the blind. The older I get the more important that "snack bag" and the 2 thermoses of coffee are. I'm not advanced enough to add pictures to this sight but if anybody would like I could e-mail them a couple of pics if they could post them.
I have had a couple of Polaris Rangers and they were not bad. The main thing with them is to not use high range unless you are on hard, flat terrain. That's what burns the belt up.

We have three 6x6 700EFI rangers with deep lug mud lites, wouldn't trade them for the world. Kubota nor kawasaki can't even compare. If you own one that stays in the shop you don't need to be driving cause ours are driven hard and 2 have higher hours on them still just as strong as the day we got them. Kubota has a diesel but it can't pull as much as the 6x6 ranger cause it doesn't have true four wheel drive, it just doesn't have the traction. i would put a 6x6 ranger up against a kubota any day of the week. Oh yeah it will go up any hill you got balls enough to go up.

I can't speak for the 4x4 rangers cause i have no experience with them but the 6x6 we have will still run 45mph.
