    Default Down-River Snow

This spillway @ the Broad River is usually no more than a kitchen-sink dribble. I believe the rain and snow managed to raise the stakes just a bit. Those trees are as long as 18 wheeler containers.

That walkway on the right is usually.....Dry.

    Idle,
Does the little fish ladder viewing room flood when the river gets this high? Awesome flow coming over the spillway! That ought to help clean all of the misc. raw sewage spills out of the river system!

Never been in it, but I would imagine it is completely submerged.
