She was on the wrong side of every topic for thirty years. And not an ounce of humility.

Regardless if we liked her or loathed her a family is mourning a loss.

I think she needs the prayers, more than her family. It's hot down there.

I'm betting she'll still be voting in the next Presidential election.

Is it fitting or ironic that my SBR approval came back yesterday?
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

She has her CCP spy chauffeur keeping her company... or will once someone catches up to him.

I believe she suffered from "elder abuse" since she had a power of attorney to handle personal financial affairs and voted for her constituents as recently as yesterday. Corrupt much?

So, does Gavin or Kamala get the seat? The may persuade Kamala to take the appointment and place Gavin in the VP chair, just in time for The big guy to get pushed out of the way.

Duck Tape responded to this scenario in the last few days in another thread:

"If Biden leaves then the 25th Amendment controls the options. Kamala takes over and nominates the VP.

    Twenty-Fifth Amendment

    Section 1

In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

    Section 2

Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress."

That being the case, unless a number of Republicans in the House defect as traitors to their constituents, Newsom could not be confirmed with a negative vote in the House... at least for now.

"Her death hands California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom the power to appoint a lawmaker to serve out the rest of Feinstein’s term, keeping the Democratic majority in the chamber through early January 2025. Newsom has publicly pledged to appoint a Black woman if Feinstein were to vacate her office."

So much wrong here.. 31 years in Congress and still "served" at 90 years old. Then you have Gavin Newsom pledging to fill her spot with a black woman. Why so specific...

Because diversity for the sake of diversity is appropriate for stupid people.

Also, it doesn’t matter what fills that seat. The outcome is the same. You can’t expect change in a place that has elected the same garbage for decades.
