    Default DHEC Restructuring

Is on the Guhvnah's desk for passage.

I stopped reading it I think the third time it went back for to the Senate.

Cant tell if anything new was added. Discuss.

Is the environmental section still combining with DNR? The environmental portion of DHEC has always been receptive to being proved wrong. Can’t tell DNR shit, don’t know how I’d feel about them two being together

No, the environmental part will be it's own agency with it's own director. It looks like they took the roles and responsibilities and separated according to which agency it fit with, but I havent studied it hard enough to be able to tell if there was a net add or net loss of responsibilities.

DHEC. one more area where the govt is abusing power bc we aren't smart enough to take care of ourselves. never forget they are doing it for us and we should be thanking them...especially the legislature.

    just more government
It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.

So now two agencies, more employees and more offices to complete the same task….. brilliant.
