He and the man who owned the place where we were hunting were bowhunting gods and I spent most of that weekend just aw struck and listening to them just spill knowledge. They both shot the Interceptors, the 195 grain heads. He gave me some heads that weekend and helped me with my shooting etc. That weekend anchored a lot of brand loyalty in me. I strayed for a short while after he died and those jokers who bought the company moved mfg to china and tried to mass market the heads. I had enough of the originals to still shoot them but they became precious commodity I didn't want to lose. But when the current owner acquired the business and went back to the old templates and original mfg process I came running back and have been pleased.
It seems like you posted about these heads right when i got on this site. If I recall, I found some in a store somewhere and got them for you. Maybe I dreamed that, maybe not
