Yes. Donkeys go in the crab trap and wahoo goes on the dinner table.

^^^ You realize you're only saving one character with your "abbreviation", right?

And you've obviously never met Jason. Dude has never been wrong in the history of the known universe. Just axe him.

That's not true. I made a mistake once just to see what it felt like.

Going fishing on Scott's new Freeman?
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Wish I hadn't heard that song. I thought your music acumen was a little tighter than that.

    Good eye, flop.

I used to fish on a boat called the Instigator out of murrells inlet. 40 something #1 with a pair of John Deere’s.

I also used to fish on a boat called the Agitator. 40’ Ricky Scarborough. That was a fun little boat.

I remember the Instigator there in MI.

My father was friends with the owners of the Still Crazy fleet.

Fast forward to 1995. There was a 53 hatteras that tied up at marlin quay. Can’t remember the boat’s name. Scott Joye fished with em. Owners had a beef farm in NC and they’d cook marinated ribeyes at tournaments. The usual baked potato, some sort of layered salad, and banana pudding. Yes. Bananas. On a boat.

Robert Strickland fished with us on the Instigator once. Yon boat captain didn’t like the deep. He liked 30 fathoms, a lot. We were trolling along at a spot where the 30 and the 100 were close. He was back there talking to Robert so I slowly turned us offshore. About the time we got to the water, they start hollering. There was a nice blue marlin tracking the inside rigger. I turned the reel a few times, fish lit up, boom. Bout 20 minutes was sufficient to rip the guts out of that 12/0. But we got the fish to the wire. That was Robert’s first marlin. Great fella. Haven’t seen him in years.
