Complete as many rounds as possible in four 4-minute rounds.

20 minute AMRAP - Cindy with 30 double-unders. I subbed heavy dumbbell lat pulls for pull ups. Got 7 full rounds plus one round of Cindy.
Flat bench, dumbbell fly, leaf raking, creeping fig planting complex.
Rake 1/8 acre, set to fire, 10 reps flat bench at 135# and 15 reps flys at 35#.
Repeat for 3 hours. I’m at 7 rounds right now.
Gonna be sore on Sunday.
