Never really cooked it before, but Bi-Lo had some and I said what heck since I was grilling chickens anyhow. Damn that meat will rival steak any day! Pretty damn sporty!!

If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.
Missing you my great friend.
One of my favs. Plenty of garlic and rosemary and on the rare side of medium rare.
Plenty of any kind of spice to cover that funk
I get the racks from SAMs and cook on the grill with a red wine mixture on it pretty good.
They were great plain over charcoal.

If someone says mint jelly I'm punching a puppy.
No shit.
How can a man not like rare, grilled lamb?
I ate lamb chops last night.
And guess what? I freaking loved it.
When I lived in Argentina 5 or so years ago, I was in the absolute middle of no where ... Like no electricity within an hours drive in any direction and the only way in were dirt roads that made South Carolina highways look like a dream. We were scouting a new area for a possible duck hunting location, and hanging with a local that lived in a house built out of sticks and mud. No one spoke English but me, and I barely spoke Spanish. All of the sudden it sounded like someone was ripping a part a small child. All I heard was screaming. They were cutting the throat and bleeding our lunch out.
Best lamb I've ever eaten in my life despite the blood curdling screaming. I had a distant, but good, second place serving at Midnight Rooster in Hartsville last week, their new menu has some pretty sporty options and the lamb was legit.

Lamb tastes like how a billy goat smells.
