    Default Grilled lamb

Never really cooked it before, but Bi-Lo had some and I said what heck since I was grilling chickens anyhow. Damn that meat will rival steak any day! Pretty damn sporty!!

I get the racks from SAMs and cook on the grill with a red wine mixture on it pretty good.

I can eat just about anything.

But there's something about a lamb that I don't want any part of.

When I lived in Argentina 5 or so years ago, I was in the absolute middle of no where ... Like no electricity within an hours drive in any direction and the only way in were dirt roads that made South Carolina highways look like a dream. We were scouting a new area for a possible duck hunting location, and hanging with a local that lived in a house built out of sticks and mud. No one spoke English but me, and I barely spoke Spanish. All of the sudden it sounded like someone was ripping a part a small child. All I heard was screaming. They were cutting the throat and bleeding our lunch out.

Best lamb I've ever eaten in my life despite the blood curdling screaming. I had a distant, but good, second place serving at Midnight Rooster in Hartsville last week, their new menu has some pretty sporty options and the lamb was legit.
