Who all is in? Predictions? What do you want to see? What don't you want to see?
My nutrition is pretty solid right now but my training has taken a beating the last 6 months due to, well, life. The time I have to work out I'm usually coaching so there's been a trade off to the negative this year.
I'm okay with most anything they toss our way but am dreading the body weight/gymnastics movements. But that's nothing new. At 6 foot and 220lb I'm not exactly built for gymnastics.
Give me kettlebells and deadlifts and I'll be a happy happy man!
