    Not sure if this is anything to get excited about, but appayrentlee it works well on the reds:

    you're late to the party but yes they work on redfish and rockfish, too

    Is that still fly fishing? I can put a fly behind any popping cork and cast it on a spinning/casting rod with no problem.

    no, it's really not in the traditional sense, but if you are a guide and your client wants to catch fish on a fly rod...
