    Default Lease agreement

    Does anyone have a copy of a hunt club lease agreement with a property owner that they could share with me? I have the old lease agreement from 1992 but it makes zero sense and has so many errors it is making my head hurt.

    Basically the hunt club has rights to the house and barn on site but the property owner is not in anyway shape or form liable for any injuries, damage to property, theft or anything of that nature.

    I just need something more clear concise and neater.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
