    Default Live Oak sporting clays

A buddy got a letter the other day. As of December, no new members and old members are not being renewed.

Y'all heard anything about what's going on there. This is in Swansea.

I know Indigo is out of business for the time being.

There's a circuit shoot out there on the 23rd. You guys who have never shot sporting or who are interested should come out and shoot.

You and maybe a few of you (like whoever on here, unless you have a raper face)want to try to shoot in March maybe, that's if y'all like Saturdays. If not about any Sunday I'm clear after duck season, then maybe rabbit season.

Not sure but will find out about membership. I'm planning on shooting the upcoming circuit shot. I have to get rest of registered targets before state shoot. Anybody else shooting the circuit shoot?

I will see what I can find out. I will be at Live Oaks on the 23rd to shoot the circuit and the 2nd round.

I'm good to shoot in March unless it's the weekend of the 16th since I will be at the South Central Regional in Oklahoma.

That deal with DNR has not gone through yet. Looking for funding.

If I had not seen the letter from Live Oaks myself, I would not have believed it. It does not say they are going out of business, it just says no new members and memberships are not being renewed. To me, that sounds like they are closing down.

Live Oaks is not closing down. It will fall under new ownership pretty soon. Steve Bolt will be part of the new ownership. They are having a tournament this Saturday and are expecting a great turnout. Come on out and have some fun.
