have any of you guys ever hunted out of a doghouse blind before?? i just got one yesterday and i was just wondering if they are any good??

I bought one to hunt out of with my kid. I am a dedicated blind hating mofo, but the blind is great for hunting with a kid. If you like blinds or have to hunt on the ground for any reason then I think you'll love it. Bear in mind that you need to forget about camo and wear black if it's like mine and has a black interior. It's all about the shadows so I keep the windows as closed as I can get away with and cut shooting slits in the mesh to further hide myself.

I hunt alot with my daughter out of ground blinds.The doghouse is portable and provides good concealment. I've taken over 20 deer and a few hogs in the past couple of years.

thanks guys... i think i am going to have pretty good luck, cause i have had alot of tracks close to the blind so hopefully they have got used to it..
