Depends on the county. Sometimes the county GIS is more current, sometimes it's GE/Google maps.

At the top of that link you can toggle between various years' images. Kinda cool.
That's the limit of my niceness, kinda makes me queasy. I'm think I'm gonna go balance it out by fucking with that UK bandwagon dude that's trying to slip into Colonial Life Arena undetected.......

Bing is nice because you can pan around and look from 4 different angles. Sometimes the winter views give you a better idea of what you're wanting to look at.
