    Default Iowa Duck hunting

I have a friend who just started working for John Deere in Waterloo this year and hes been trying to find out information on the duck hunting out there. Do any of yall have any knowledge on the subject i.e. guides or public water? He doesn't have a boat but I imagine he could get a kayak or layout boat if need be.

We freelanced up there a few years ago. The hunting was nice just like anywhere else ride scout hunt. It can be done without a guide. Be careful on a "level B road"

You're welcome. One day your friend in Iowa will put the effort in, find good spots on public water, and get upset with people looking for free advice and handouts gained from other's efforts. Then you'll understand.
