Decided enough was enough. Joined up yesterday and I havent been this sore in a very long time. Never knew a 15lb DB could feel so damn heavy. I took starting pictures so I can see the progress. Wish me luck.

Great decision. I have been at it for 2.5 months and the wifey started Fri. Last night at 8:30 she said, "has Meghan posted tomorrow's WOD yet?"
great people and one hell of a workout
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him
He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right
They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands
How often are yall going? I am thinking 3x a week and adding some running/bike in 1-2 other days.

The koolaid taste good! I got a friend in Ohio hooked on Crossfit too. He text me almost everyday to talk about workouts. We are going to annoy the hell out of people this summer when we are at events together.
1.5 weeks down... Walking like someone has beat me with a baseball bat. I am assuming this is normal? The diet has honestly been the easy part.

Keep record of the WODs and start comparing times/rounds in 4 months to what you did starting off. The 1st 30 days will be the toughest.
Yes it is normal to be quite sore if you are coming from little to no prior physical training. It will pass in time. Make sure you are eating a serving of a potassium rich food like a banana every day, it will help.
