I was humbled by my wing shooting shortcomings today, but nonetheless, whole picked some birds to put to use one day this week. I'm not sure if I'll do the blueberry sauce thing, although I have a great blueberry balsamic reduction recipe if anyone wants it. Years ago, I shot doves with the Newberry Dove Club as a guest and afterwards had birds served with an onion sauce/gravy that was out of this world. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
