    Default Capt. Tom's crab stuffed flounder

    Thanks for a great time on the water brother.











    Steam crabs and shrimp in old bay.

    Scale and debone flounder.

    Stuffing:
    Sage
    Old bay
    Salt
    Pepper
    Crab
    Shrimp
    Mayo
    Bread crumbs

    350 for about 12-15 min
    Turn off oven, cover with foil for 5 min.

    My momma used to do em, when I brought her fresh flounder and crabs. She did not debone them, and would drizzle it with bearnaise.

    Yeah it's been awhile since I did it and didn't have that sharpe of a knife as you can tell on the tail end I wasted a bit of goodness.
