    Default Pork Chops

    Any Orion people cooked pork chops on the orion? If so did you use brine or rub and what chips? Thanks.

    Have never done chops. They'd have to be MONSTER chops for me to want to do them in the Orion. Yes, with REALLY thick ones - like 2 1/2" or so - I'd brine 'em for a day or so. Apple or a little hickory for smoke. Maybe even pecan.

    Would you use the same kind of brine that you would use for a butt or pork tenderloin?
