i agree, but i think it would be more fun to watch your buddy shoot a big boy. I'm funny like that, but i enjoy watching others more than me actually killing.

So how much does a trip like this cost?
Private Land Rubberhead # 1
Hell, I'd love to go, but at my age I would definately need a horse. Out of shape and old age doesn't equal a long walk for sure.![]()

If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.
Missing you my great friend.
Sprig, did you find out about your Colorado tag? Heard several folks saying the "back door" results are in.
Man and other animals were first vegetarians; then Noah and his sons were given permission to eat meat: “every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you” Genesis 9:3

I havent heard, deer results arent suppose to be out til 29 May. Shouldnt draw, but there is a slim chance. I hope not, if we draw we're both suppose to be in Kodiak at the same time as that hunt, we'll have to push kodiak back a week. I should have a Or mule deer tag in Oct, kodiak hunt in Nov, deciding by tomorrow if were going back to Iowa in Dec, then that Oryx hunt in Jan. Shaping up to be the perfect year for me, my wife doesnt agree.
I think mine knows how yours feels...Elk in Sept., home in December for hopefully a wood goat and some woodies, mulies in Jan., javalina from then till end of March, turkeys after that. Not too mention doves, teal, big ducks, and maybe some quail in the mix.
