    Default Pit Boss - P settings

    Do y'all ever fool with the P settings to try and dial in a temp or do you just keep it at factory default setting of 4. Putting a butt on tomorrow night for an overnight cook. Don't want to get too hot or too low, and I don't want to babysit it all night either. Thoughts.
