Any suggestions for a good high strength plastic epoxy?

I broke the handle on the bottom of a chain saw. It's where it connects on the bottom and isn't affecting the operation. They want $80 for the two replacement plastic parts so I figured I might try some epoxy. But obviously it will be subject to alot of vibration.

I know with glue it's pretty easy to get a bond that will be stronger than the wood. Not sure if the same is true of plastic.
