    fart. wrong pic. I dont have time to get other one loaded. pick up the piece between those two discs and imagine it connected to the mounting bracket. can that be welded back together or need new mounting bracket?

    I have welded many of those,and havnt broke one were I patched it yet. But some people gum a weld on there and expect that shit to hold,so with a decent weld yes it could be fixed.
