Shit Bo, you hit a deer with that thing now and you'll have to borrow the Taco for Duck Season...if you're lucky you might get it back before turkey season

Oct 24 Fairfield CO. Decided to go in early despite ridiculous humidity and heat. Had a STUD buck jump out in a small road at sixty yards and stare at me for ten seconds...I was bowhunting and my bow was in a sling across my back. Doe crossed between us and he took off after her. This was at 3pm. Thirty minutes later, another doe feeding at about eighty yards. Hour and a half later three does...one died. Deer are moving midday on right now despite the weather. Go get em and good luck.

My daddy saw a nice buck at about 3:45 that looked to be about 16' wide. He let him walk...... About two more steps and shot him about 10 yds from the stand. His time has expired and is now marinating in the fridge.

7pt, 17", 145lbs, Could count his ribs, slipping infront of some fine hounds, Benelli m-1, 3" nickel plated 00 remington buckshot.

Heres you some pics. This is one of your MC flunky compadres.

11pt. 18 1/2 spread. scored green at like 133 1/4. Shot in front of hounds in Cross I think.

    Nice buck.

I hear the pictures don't do it any justice.

Oct 24 pm didn't see any deer, got on the stand at 3:30. Saw about a dozen woodies (not all at once) come into a creek with about two inches a water in it.

Had one grunting his head off in the thick stuff 25 yds behind me but just saw the bushes shake before he moved off this morning. Sat in driving damn rain tonight and watched a 4pt eat for about an hour before it got dark. Good day.

Fairfield co again. Saw a doe driving to the property at 1:45. Got in earlier today since I was late at 3 tuesday. Saw a fawn bedded down on the way in. Got in the stand and settled at 2:45. 3:00 had a small buck come in trotting and looking around for ladies. Heard one shot at 3:15 and then NOTHING. Beautiful afternoon, but after about 3:15, everything in the woods quit. No deer, squirrels, no nothing.

a lot of midday movement yesterday, saw 7-8 does in open fields as I drove to the woods (1230-1330ish) then nothing in the stand till dark. Full moon effect I suppose.
