When I went on my caribou hunt a fews years back. I sat beside a older Texan man with his cowboy hat, and struck up a conversation. He knew exactly where I was from because he was part of the team that came in the 70's and 80's to Santee to study and learn from our guys. Him and his wife would go up to the Biltmore House while they were here.

Cool hearing how they came and learned from SC on the rockfish.

It is hard to imagine that anyone would come to SC to learn anything about wildlife management. Unless it was to learn what not to do.

We kind of stumbled into this one.
