Can you be over the limit if you pay your $35/a head?

Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

That's why they issue pink slips these days. Federal judges see things differently than local magistrates.

I hope the federals file the charges. If it is locals it will get pushed under the rug. To bad they did not get charged for using live decoys.

Can't say for certain this is the whole story, but this is what I was told by a pretty reliable source who also got a good laugh out of the whole thing.
Just talked to a boy who shoots there. This is confirmed, from what he says.
“… duckhunting stands alone as an outdoor discipline. It has a tang and spirit shared by no other sport—a philosophy compounded of sleet, the winnow of unseen wings, and the reeks of marsh mud and wet wool. No other sport has so many theories, legends, casehardened disciples and treasured memories.”

And to believe this place has chapters and raises money to support themselves. Tell me what they're good for, and let one more person try to justify Camp Woodie.

nothing will come of it... 20 years of running openly outside the law doesn't happen without complicity at multiple levels.

It is unfortunate that this occurred at the end of the season, and not the beginning. At the end of the season, they want to kill the tamies. Beginning, they hold off the released birds and shoot migrators.

With video evidence, a solid case could be made on hunting over live decoys.
