Does anybody know who will head/is heading the waterfowl section at DNR now that Tommy Strange has retired?

I think they are spreading out his duties somewhat.

It is my understanding that Walt Rhodes now holds the position.

The general job duties are spread throughout the region now- as far as someone to represent the department like Tommy did- they have not posted that as a position yet nor named an official individual yet...

Jim Westerholtz (sp?) who used to work in Hampton at Webb Center is now covering the Gun Club and other areas... he's good people.

We shall see where it goes i the future- DNR is still doing lots of shifting around and trying for the best fit all across the board...
