50 hand stand pushups
75 GHD sit-ups
100 burpees
75 deadlift (225lb/135lb)
50 toes-to-bar
In this workout, one partner is working on the chipper at a time. While Partner #1 is working on the chipper, Partner #2 is running 200 m. As soon as Partner #2 returns from the run, the partners tag out and Partner #2 works on the chipper where Partner #1 left off while Partner #1 runs 200m.
ONE PARTNER IS RUNNING 200m AT ALL TIMES.
