    Default Pre-workout supplements

Who uses any kind of pre-workout powders or supplements and what do y'all suggest? I've been thinking about getting something so I can get even more work done at the gym. There are so many out there it's hard to figure out what's good and what isn't.

Anytime you take caffeine before you lift you are burning fat, got to be careful though too much of it can lower the rate that your body procceses protein.

If you want to burn fat a supplement isn't going to do it, high intensity no rest workouts will though.

I would have a damn heart attack with three scoops of that stuff.

I took it for about a month. At first it was good, but towards the end all it would do was make me crash after a workout.

Super Pump Max --- orange flavor is not bad. However it does usually create a gastro explosion in about 3 hrs ---- be ready!

I cycle back and forth between Jack3d and Cellucor C4.

C4 has the best flavor of any pre-workout I've ever taken and I love the thermogenic feeling. It's my current favorite.

Assault by MusclePharm is supposed to be pretty good too, but I haven't tried it yet

The only two "supplements" I take on a consistant basis are fish oil (about 3g combined of DHA/EPA) and ZMA. I'll toss in a post work out protien shake erry now and then but usually I'm eating within 30 minutes of working out.

Nothing pre work out. Ain't no warm up in the jungle. Show me a lion what takes a supplement before it whoops a gazelle's ass. Every see a silver back goh' rilla power up afore rippin a tree out the ground and shovin' it up some hippie's ass? Didn't think so.

I wouldnt use winny as a fat burner. It's more of a cutter and water remover. Good stuff though.

Id lean towards Tren. Its a good all around supplement. Or T-400 is real good about this time of year.
