I am not into the Paleo craze by any form. I am eating healthier and working out doing
P90X. But I did make this last night and WOW it was great!!!!

    Paleo Meatloaf

2 pounds Ground Deer meat (no fat added)(also not killed over corn)
1/2 lb of Bacon ( I made from a wild Hog killed this year)
2 Jumbo Eggs (large is fine)
    1 Onion
    3 Stalks of Celery
    2 Garlic Cloves
    1/2 cup Almond Flour
    1 Tbsp Dried Mustard Powder
    2 Tbsp Worcestshire Sauce
    1 Tbsp Parsley
    1 Tbsp Basil
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

I mixed everything up in a bowl. Placed into a loaf pan and cooked for 1 hour @ 400 (until an internal temp of 165)
Sorry dont have pictures. I will say it was great...
It might not be the Paleo that everyone is crazy over but I think I did a damn good job doing it.

Not really to stay in the Paleo
The only ones I know of are Almond, Arrowroot, and Coconut flours.
But Like I said I am not on the Paleo Craze. I just started eating healthier. Cutting back on fats, Non Natural Sugars, Just about all types of grains. I do eat my taters. Im not ready to give them up. I eat more Fruit, Veggies and Lean Meat proteins than anything now.
