WV is not a "at large" school. Big East has 3 schools tied WV, CINN, and Lousville. It will be one of those 3. WV is the only ranked out of the 3.

West Virginia is not a "lock" but everything is lining up that way. The Big East is not contractually tied to the Orange Bowl like the ACC. Since the Orange Bowl picks last in succession of the BCS games this year, it is thought that the Big East champ will be the last one picked. TCU will likely play in the Sugar Bowl if selected.
