Hope you are close. Could ease out the other side to the gulf. Wait and see

Got the same path as a hurricane that hit around 22 years ago... I think we may be in for it. Long overdue. I sure as hell hope not. Would rather go to Bristol night race next weekend then board up my house.

Still a lot of water to cover, I predict it comes close enough to get everyone good and worked up, and then jogs north and donkey punches Wilmington...again.

Don't want to sound callous, but a good storm would go a long way towards fixing our real estate market.

And fuck over a whole lot of people that are trying to make ends meet that aren't associated with the RE market. And maybe just maybe if there's no work for the beaners, they'll leave, because those will be the only ones getting jobs if shit gets torn up.

Hopefully it'll stay weaker, grind along the coast from FLA and bring us some rain. It stays out, we could be in for a helluva storm, lots of very warm water out there right now.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Gentlemen, before this turns into a good old fashioned SC Ducks beatdown, allow me to clarify my statement. I'm certainly not hoping for a good storm, or a doomsday scenario. I was simply stating that while Hugo was a mother fucker and effected us in ways that we still feel today, one thing it did was kick start the local housing market. And like it or not, everyone is involved in real estate.
