Gator was 12'6 and that is how they look once the hide is gone.

Did two so far and getting ready to work on third one ,not hard to do and freeman toke look at them and was impressed . What happened to the teeth looks like there a lot missing . Looks great by the way cost me 15 bucks to do mine I'll post pics when I can . Takes about total 8hrs labor 3 weeks total wait time between work stages.
