One blue cat over 36in per person per day. From the confluence of Conagree and Wateree down to the dam at the lower lake. No restrictions for blues under 36in. Good luck measuring them before slinging an arrow.

36" size only in the lakes. In the Santee and Cooper no size limit. a 36" fish on an average frame will weigh around 23 or so pounds, give or take, just to kinda let you eyeball em a bit before stickin.
You can grow up to be just like me....
When in doubt...stick the one's marginal ones, measure them in the boat and if you have your "limit" cut him from asshole to gill and throw him back.
