Do not tag that shit "NC Slaw" - There is a few fucked up individuals around gastonia who make that shit, but trust me, it don't get far away from there....
The technical term for that shit is Barbecue Slaw, and it is nasty as fuck.

There is a restaurant here around columbia that has incredible food...but serves some dry cut cabbage, with what looks to be 1000 Island dressing spooned on top of it. It is garnished with a slice of tomato on top.
I disremember the name of the place. Someone help me so I can recall to not have to go back there.
