Can you legally grow weed on private land? Distill whiskey? Poach game?

Laws don't end at your property line, bro.

Some laws do end at your property line "Bro," If I am wrong then I will admit I am wrong. If it is so then find it... the SC code is on-line

You cannot get a speeding ticket on private land... and you dont need a drivers licese to drive on private land.... you dont need a fishing license to fish on private land.

AND you can distill whiskey for consumption.

bean you do a shitty job of quoting code... but I am wrong

SECTION 56-5-20. Applicability of chapter to vehicles operated upon highways; exceptions. [SC ST SEC 56-5-20]

The provision of this chapter relating to the operation of vehicles refer exclusively to the operation of vehicles upon highways, except:

    (1) When a different place is specifically referred to in a given section; and

    (2) That the provisions of Articles 9 and 23 shall apply upon highways and elsewhere throughout the State.

ARTICLE 23. RECKLESS HOMICIDE; RECKLESS DRIVING; DRIVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR, DRUGS OR NARCOTICS

Camo...I've read through this section and I don't see any provisos that limit it to public roads and highways. If I'm wrong, I too will admit I'm wrong. I have not pasted all of the stuff in that section but the link is below what I did paste. Remember, most laws were written to protect one from himself and his friends from him, too.

From what I've read, a person can be charged with reckless or drunken driving on private land.

SECTION 56-5-2920. Reckless driving; penalties; suspension of driver's license for second or subsequent offense.
Any person who drives any vehicle in such a manner as to indicate either a wilful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving. The Department of Motor Vehicles, upon receiving satisfactory evidence of the conviction, of the entry of a plea of guilty or the forfeiture of bail of any person charged with a second and subsequent offense for the violation of this section shall forthwith suspend the driver's license of any such person for a period of three months. Only those offenses which occurred within a period of five years including and immediately preceding the date of the last offense shall constitute prior offenses within the meaning of this section. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, entry of a plea of guilty or forfeiture of bail, be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than two hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days.

SECTION 56-5-2930. Operating motor vehicle while under influence of alcohol or drugs; penalties; enrollment in Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program; prosecution. (A) It is unlawful for a person to drive a motor vehicle within this State while under the influence of alcohol to the extent that the person's faculties to drive a motor vehicle are materially and appreciably impaired, under the influence of any other drug or a combination of other drugs or substances which cause impairment to the extent that the person's faculties to drive a motor vehicle are materially and appreciably impaired, or under the combined influence of alcohol and any other drug or drugs or substances which cause impairment to the extent that the person's faculties to drive a motor vehicle are materially and appreciably impaired. A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of the offense of driving under the influence and, upon conviction, entry of a plea of guilty or of nolo contendere, or forfeiture of bail must be punished as follows...
