    what type of grits is that? Why are they orange/brown?

    I make mine with 3 parts water, 1 part milk (cream if i have any handy), kosher salt and a bouillon cube. The bouillon cube gives them the color you're noticing. Try it, it's damn good (cut back a tad on your salt if you do)

    OH - I am just busting the 3 of yas chops, somedays I wished I live closer so I could hang wid da boys , but the columbia area is not a good area for what I do.


    And I had a bad ass grits casserole last night!
