Nighttime puddin
I figured that title was worth a few looks on its own.
Rebel Yell hooked me up this weekend with a bit of liver puddin made from a recipe that's been in his family for 4 generations. I'll be the first to say I don't eat filter organs as a general rule but LOVE liver puddin. Go figure. Errands kept me running this evening and I missed supper with the family so I whipped this up on a whim just now - and DAMN if it ain't the best puddin I've ever had.
3 hunks o' puddin blasted in the oven (2 are beneath the grits), 2 eggs, a good helpin' of yella grits and a tall glass o' milk. Dammit man.
