[Foie Gras]

Going on in Charleston right now. Lots of good places involved. 3 courses for $30. I went to Cypress Monday night and it did not disappoint. Several other higher end places are doing it as well. Its a great thing to try, especially for those that are apprehensive about spending the kind of money that it usually costs to go to some of these places. Did grill 225 last night and it was great! The place was packed, sure they made their money off all the wine flowing at the tables.
