"a traditional breakfast sure to bring joy to any home!"

    Items needed:
Eggs served sunny-side up or over easy, sausage or bacon cooked until just right, toast with homemade jam and freshly squeezed orange juice.
For traditional sunny-side up eggs, melt 1 or 2 tablespoons of butter in a 8-inch non-stick omelet pan or skillet over medium heat. Break open eggs into pan and immediately reduce heat to low. Cook slowly until the whites are completely set and the yolks begins to thicken, but are not hard. For over easy-eggs flip over for 15 seconds. Serve eggs right away and enjoy!

***Do not salt eggs before or during cooking. Salt can cause the eggs to become tough tough during cooking, so for best results salt eggs (if desired) only after cooking.***

OR you & the wife can always visit: http://www.aeb.org/, (American Egg Board) for recipes & such!

    Yeah, don't break the yolk

Cook them in enough grease to somewhat float the egg. They can touch the bottom, but it's better if they just nuzzle it.

If you're cooking them for presentation use fresh vegetable oil. If you're cooking them for yourself just cook 'em after you're done with the bacon.

Put them in before the oil gets to full cooking temp so the yolk'll spread out some and cook quicker. If you're cooking them in the bacon grease then let the grease cool down some then reapply the heat after you put the eggs in.

In a pinch, you can use the spatula to bump some oil up on top of the eggs to get the whites done, but under no circumstances should any of the yolk get cooked hard. If so, you failed.

Yeppers! After the hawgs had a "come to Jesus meeting" this morning, I cooked 6 eggs like that + several rashers of bacon, toast [soft on one side from broiler toasting] + ham. I must've been real hungry!
