Steak out Kingfish and then cut out the chunks around the bone. I marinade in half water and half teriyaki for a couple of hours. Dip in melted garlic butter and roll in a mixture of crushed pecans, ritz crackers, bacon bits, and cracked pepper. Bake on 350 for about 15-20 minutes. My wife prefers kingfish (cooked this way) over most fish. Definitely worth trying.
Its not in the picture, but I topped the fish with a thick shrimp & crab bisque/sauce.
