Have at least one cold beer while waiting for the charcoal to get right

Not long now, doves, ducks and a piece of fish for the lady

Down to business - frozen fresh okra from my mother, black eye peas over rice (sorry store bought) and of course the meat

    And hey no bacon.

Marinade duck breast and dove breast in homemade seasoning of italian seasoning, dry mustard, black pepper and sea salt. Before grilling splash a little Old Bay on it and grill to medium.

No heat up pan with some butter and roll em around until done. Kind of pan fried with out the batter or flour.

I will eat it fried or pan fried in butter like above. Also pickled is alright but all else is not for human consumption.

So thanks for not putting me on the eradication list.
