    Default Pups first dove opener

The wife and I decided to take 4 month old "What Ever" on opening day. Dawn would hold her and sit about 30 feet away while I shot my 28ga and handled the two older dogs. I figured a circus at best, but since Ever has been shot around not a lasting problem. We ended up having a great day. A limit on dove and 6 bonus collared dove. Ever made three very nice retrieves to hand even. Gotta love it when the light bulb is actually visible over thier heads.

All the thanks go to you. Your dove field was a perfectly prepared dove magnate.

Man, that happy to be one happy day! I remember taking my 12 year old lab on her first hunt. I was a proud papa to say the least. Congrats my friend, hope you have many more fabulous hunts with your pup!

    First Dove

Saturday's Birds. Not all were mine. Sat next to Brother in Law so that I could spend time with the dog on her first hunt.

He wanted to whistle the dog here like me.
