    Things lookin' up.

    Talked to the guy I got the boat from -- he sent me the BOS from the registered owner to him. He's not signed it into his name, so the BOS will appear as if it came from the registered owner to me. Cuts the seller out.

    It's faxed; I wonder if they'll accept a faxed copy...?

    Good deal, USMC!!! For a while there I was a litle worried for you! If you still need some help with the rail and windshield give the guys at Marine Pro a call. They are located up at the Peak exit between Irmo and Chapin. Great guys and they know how to do a job right! I've got a number for them somewhere if you need it!! Now that your legal its time to go and rip some lip!! Congrats!!

    I sure hope you got that boat good and cheap cause you're certainly paying for it in work. For all the work you're having to do the guy should have given it to you for free!

    Thanks y'all.

    Dave, I appreciate the tip. However, after takin' her out, I find that a windshield won't do a whole lot except qualify as a minor cosmetic improvement.

    The top speed w/ 2 people, ice, beer, full tank is 25.5mph. And, since the whole thing sits so low...well, I just don't know if it will help much. I still may check into it. Gotta ride around in it a couple more time.

    Mergie -- yeah, no kidding. But, I can't complain. $2,250 seemed like a steal, even considering the trouble.
