I've got both the L and XL

If I had to choose...... Get the L.

XL is too big for everyday grilling for a family of 4. I LOVE "EM BOTH!!!!

-Simple..... Had it cooking @ 225 for 4hrs. Inside temp is 165 and it's ready to galze. Could have done it a lot quicker, just don't like to rush perfection, That's all!!

    Default Redneck Smoker

Those are some impressive smokers! I have been using the below smoker for over 12 years and it has not failed to deliver. Originally manufactured by Maytag... converted for both charcoal/wood and electric. The electric heat utilizes the original dish drying heating element. I recently made a significant capital investment and doubled its value by adding 8 sqft of insulation to the outside! It's very popular in the neighborhood when I place it in the drive way and fire it up.

Of course I support the theory.. one should only clean a smoker once every 5 years with a high pressure washer.

Turd that's a great idea... I wonder if some Obama money is available to fund such a business?
