    Default snakeskin belt

    I shot a 6ft rattle snake over the wkend and was wondering if anyone knew how to make it into a belt?

    1. Run tail through belt loops.
    2. Push tail in the mouth of the snake
    3. Use hooked teeth of the rattla to grab onto the tail.

    You need to cape him out and tan the skin I do know that..........as far as applyin' the skin to a belt that you need to look around the web for some tips.........not at all that hard once you tan the hide......they get real flexible........

    Once you tan, I would think it would just be a matter of gluing the snake skin to a piece of leather....
